Cancellation Policy

Updated May 2026:

The Brave Play cancellation policy is applied to all registrants.

– If notice is given at least 2 weeks prior, there will be no cancellation fee.
– If notice is given less than 7 days prior, 50% of the training cost will be charged to the attendee.
– If notice is given fewer than three days prior, 100% of the training cost will be charged to the attendee.

Occasionally, changes are made due to unforeseen circumstances or participant demands. While Garrett Counseling and Brave Play will do everything possible to ensure participant satisfaction, Garrett Counseling’s and Brave Play’s liability is limited to the tuition fee only.

Certificate Replacement

Updated May 2026:

We are happy to assist attendees in replacing lost or misplaced CE certificates. Please email hello@braveplayconsulting.com and include your name, the date of the training(s), and the title of the training(s). There is a $25 fee per replaced certificate.
